Inscription¶
Overview¶
Inscription allows you to craft spell scrolls, spellbooks, and runebooks. It also enhances the effectiveness of spells like Reactive Armor, Magic Reflection, and Protection.
Tools¶
In order to start crafting, you will need a scribe pen. You can purchase one from mage vendors.
Inscribing spells requirements¶
Before you can inscribe a spell, there are a few requirements. You need a spellbook with spells already inscribed into it, then you need to be able to cast them by having the sufficient Magery skill points, mana and reagents. Lastly, you need a blank scroll to write on.

It doesn't matter if you successfully scribe a scroll or not, you will always consume mana, reagents and the blank scroll.

Copying books¶
Inscription i'snt just for scrolls, you can copy books too. Just target the completed book first, then the empty one. Its an excellent training option for new scribes trying to reach 45 skill points.
