SERVER PATCH 0.21

  • Block housing to be placed in ruined town areas
  • Fix public signs one east facing houses
  • New players won't spawn with a large harp
  • Slight adjustment to barding difficulty on some pirate mobs
  • Fix missing tinkering sound
  • Added an in-game adjustable explosion potion delay, currently set to 1.5 seconds
  • Lowest level mobs don't drop as much gold
  • Trapped pouches now change color
  • Added the [pouch command that will find a trapped pouched in your bag and open it
  • Wands are usable again
  • Meditation buff icon clears when meditation is over
  • Magic Reflect buff icons goes away when you lose reflect
  • Added missing buff icons for Protection and Arch Protection
  • Adjust Mind Blast so resist blocks 66% if the damage
  • Adjust Mind Blast to max out at 40 damage
  • Fixed issue on some weapons when you single-click to get the label
  • GMs can see staff items, such as blockers and LOS blockers
