Housing¶

You can have 1 house per account (total 3 houses).

You can clear all courtyard marked runes for 500k, single-click your house sign and go to options.

Some houses are tied to a specific biome, for example a sandstone house can only be placed on sand.

Houses will collapse after 30 days of being "unused" if the owner, co-owner or a friend use a door or double‑click the sign the timer will reset.

Tools¶

You can buy the House Placement Tool and the Interior Decorator both for 10,000 gp from the architect vendor in Occlo.

Locks an item down.

Unlocks a previously secured or locked item.

Locks down a container and makes it secure, you can also choose the level of security.

The target will be added in the ban list and won't be able to access the house.

The target will be ejected outside the house.

It places a trash barrels at your current position, after 3 minutes the content of the barrel will be deleted.

You can use the context menu on the barrel to remove it without the need of an axe.

You can click the house for a detailed view.
