SERVER PATCH 0.28

This is largely a maintenance patch 🥱, pulling in changes from the main ModernUO codebase that contains backend server optimizations. A few additional changes are included outside of that.

  • Over 45 changes and optimizations from the main ModernUO code branch
  • Field spells should cast on bridges and other platforms
  • Adjustments to spawn range in the Codex Rifts and other background checks
  • Bandage timers have been adjusted
  • Increased hits on EV and Blade Spirits
  • Adjusted buy and sell rates on various NPCs
  • Hirables no longer drop their backpack
  • Mana vampire will not drain more than the target has currently and will not put the caster over his maximum mana
