This hotfix patch addresses the server locking up from escort changes and a few other tweaks

📜General Fixes/Changes📜

• Moongates now properly maintain their space (no stacking)
• Fixed the troublesome escort system causing server instability
• Teleport magic restored to 12 tiles
• Escort rewards now better scale with journey distance
