SERVER PATCH 0.49¶

βThis patch contains a client patches. Be sure to close out of the launcher and client, restart the launcher and let it update.β
This update addresses both reported bugs and community suggestions, including a persistent issue with gumps causing client instability.
π General Fixes & Changes π¶
Combat & Skills¶
- Town guards no longer have detect hidden abilities
- Fixed a critical issue where provocation would succeed but break at maximum range
- Mining range increased to 3 tiles for better accessibility
- Taming quest book now requires 80 skill instead of 100, making it more accessible
- Mounted crafting has been disabled
- Mounted lumberjacking has been disabled
Storage & Weight Updates¶
- Boat cargo holds now support up to 6400 weight
- Pack horses and llamas can now carry up to 3200 weight
- Dungeon dye materials are now stackable
Fishing Improvements¶
- New catch-and-release toggle added to fishing poles (sorry, all poles get deleted)
- Slightly increased minimum fishing skill requirement for artifact clues
- Reduced frequency of artifact clues from fishing
Quality of Life¶
- Added [e command for audible emote system
- Pitchers can now be filled from water sources (barrels, troughs, etc.)
- Empty carved corpses will now disappear
- Smuggling pirate restricted to appropriate range
- Smuggling pirate responds to "vendor buy" or single-click buy context menu
Visual Updates¶
- Pottery shards replaced with visually accurate broken pottery
- Player corpses turn gray when transformed to bones (no longer flags as criminal)
- Guild, ally, and enemy corpses now display correct notoriety colors
- Crafted instruments will display maker's mark

Performance & Stability¶
- Implemented changes to reduce crashes during gump-related macroing/scripting
- Removed delay when selecting the server
- SHIFT-CTRL with All Names selected will properly display corpses
- Improved account dropdown clickability
Visual Fixes¶
- Corrected fire pit lighting effects
- Fixed various object collision issues
- Corrected multiple incorrect static map item names
