• Fixed issue with harming players in Fel
• Removed stam loss from taking steps or at low stam
• Demolished house returns money via bank check in bank
• Young players can't place houses
• Added tall small tower
• Added east facing small houses
• Using an instrument will wear it down
• Musicianship will take one use from the instrument
• Instruments will show worn status
• Additional options to fine-tune skill gains
• Fixed range perception on existing mobs (was 16, now 10)
• Updated AFK gump to be more clear
• Updated ship hues and introduced ship stains (we'll see)
• Enabled the new guild system, access it via Guild on the paperdoll (larger UI overhaul in the future, tie in guild stones somehow)
