Gardening¶

Grow and harvest beautiful plants from gardening.

Overview¶

Over the course of their journey, adventurers will find various seeds, both plain and peculiar. Through the skill of gardening, these seeds can be nurtured into beautiful and diverse flora for harvest or prized display in one's abode.

Finding Seeds¶

Seeds can be found on various creatures throughout Britannia; birds, bears, deer, and terathans all drop plain and peculiar seeds. Hued seeds can be optained from certain horrid swamp creatures.

Fertile Dirt¶

Plants need quality soil to grow. Fertile dirt can be found by slaying earth elementals or exploring the Ocllo sewers.

Growing your seeds¶

Step 1: Purchase a plant bowl from a provisioner and use it on 5 fertile dirt¶

Step 2: Water your plant filled plant bowl twice, then use your seed on the softened dirt before locking down the plant to grow¶

Step 3: Check on your plant once per day to make sure it doesn't need water or potions¶

Step 4: Nurture your plant until it is fully grown; some plants produce seeds or special items once they reach growth day 9¶

Step 5: Set your plant to deco mode when you don't want to take care of it anymore¶

Pollination and Cross-breeding¶

Plants grown from plain seeds can be cross-bred with each other using pollination. When a plant has reached growth day 7 the option to pollinate it with another mature plant becomes available. Cross-breeding allows you to use two differnt plants to produce seeds for a third plant. If a plant is not pollinated, it will produce seeds of itself.

Special Hues¶

Plants grown from hued seeds will produce a plain plant in that hue.
